DESCRIPTION:
Homemade straight peen hammer adapted from an engineer's hammer. Sides were ground at a slight angle before linishing, while the opposite end had its head flattened.

Very nicely done.  It's great to have a builder here to chat with.  Can I assume your straight peen will be tap, tap, tapping as a test rather than whacking at something?  The size seems a bit larger than a normal ball pein...but you don't whack with it do you?  Whack is a legitimate technical term.

I'm not quite a 100% happy with the shape, I might need to bull nose the pein a little more. But first some testing!
