Homemade wooden jaws for a metalworking vise. Secured in place by magnets affixed to a support bracket fashioned from a section of angle iron.

I really should get busy and make some like this...sure it takes a bit of time but more than offset by the time savings of not having to search again and again for scrap wood pieces that usually don't match.
