Homemade Longworth Chuck

DESCRIPTION:
Homemade Longworth chuck capable of accommodating workpieces from 3-3/8" - 7-1/2". Constructed from two pieces of 1/2" Corian, with a steel hub affixed to the rear. Slots were CNC-cut with bottle stoppers utilized to grip the workpiece. Adjustment wrenches were fashioned from maple, walnut, and brass.
