Homemade foot-actuated log splitter powered by a bottle jack. Frame was fabricated from steel tubing.

thats pretty cool how you made that foot lever ! I ,ll be building something similar in the futre being that I,ll be in the north country soon. What size bottle jack did you use ?

I can see how this could work for occasional use, and the vertical orientation makes for compact storage.
