DESCRIPTION:
Homemade grinder constructed from a surplus vacuum cleaner motor, steel stock, bearings, and a switch. Motor has been wired to run in a counterclockwise direction.

I am not understanding what to do after I cannabalize the household vacuum cleaner to get the motor.
Could you please add some pics and explain the way that the knurled knob controls rpm's and how an AC motor is made to run in an opposite direction?
