    Were they putting it up or taking it down?

    I doubt if it is the same building, but I remember the collapse of a very similar looking building being erected near Amghara Kuwait one day it was there being built and the next it was flat on the ground, the 2 workers in the foreground looked very much like workers you would find there as well.
    A lot can go wrong during the critical stages of construction on a building like that one. It looked like they had plenty of wind bracing cables holding the columns straight and square but I couldn't see any up top perhaps there were some at the far end but not enough for such a wide clear span

    The workers had early warning that the crane was going to collapse. There also was a strange wrinkle in the first truss?
