    ...got that very one in the kitchen utensil drawer. Works a treat and replacement wire can be found at any guitar players house...

    Agreed with the barely cheese statement, but melted with a few various herbs and spices of choice it can be made into an excellent party dip.
    I use my slicer mostly to slice my Sharp cheddar
