Wire Bender mini tool.
Suitable for wire bends up to Ø4mm as well and sheet metal strips (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, tin can)
by the addition of one small cylinder with internal dia 4mm over the shaft.
Materials: one set M16 bolt/nut, a broken drill bit Ø4mm and a piece of flat bar 15x3mm.
For bigger wire diameters is needed the use of a bigger size bolt/nut than M16 or 5/8".
Bolt nut M16. Using an Ø3.5mm drill bit do a hole from side to side.
Do at first a cut at the nut's center till the hole
and then a second cut removing the half 1/3 of the nut.
Cut the bolt at center till the hole.
Mark the nest hole for the shaft.
Use a file to clean up the letters and numbers.
Use at first an Ø3.5mm drill bit and then an Ø4mm to make a nest hole with 15mm depth.
Cut of from the broken Ø4mm drill bit the needed piece and then weld the handle at the nut.
I have used a piece of brass and a piece of aluminum foil for threads protection.
Some bends are available on my YouTube vid.
