Bolt a shovel to a hand cart, it would be lighter and easier...that thing will be more effort than a plastic wide shovel or a snow scoop all day long.

In the past I tried to make this idea work. It doesn’t take much snow before I wasn’t able to push it.

I have a Deutz gas turbine. I've been meaning to bolt it to the bucket on my Kubota.

Maybe bolt the blade and stuff to a garden or lawn tractor that has some added weight and tire chains for traction it might could be useful.

The utility of that design will always be limited. It could be useful for the front walk of a hotel or school, that will be repeatedly shoveled during a snowy day. A pushbroom does a great job of this, but a wheeled shovel should be able to handle slightly deeper snow.

That being said, this is a nicely built tool.

I didn't know that Deutz made turbine engines. I'd thought that they were just into piston engines. Given the context it must be compact, so I assume that it's a radial.

These are quite popular for quickly clearing a sidewalk before it gets too deep to push.
