Wow! I wondered the same thing...here's my version, for wheeling heavy sheets (I used to lift them everyday, multiple times in my plywood business...) from the driveway to the workshop, some 120m. Made of 17mm Formply with 'training wheels' from the curbside throwout and 2 Bessey clamps...works a treat. Thanks, everyone for the great stuff.

PJ's knows about my giant solid oak table from Long Beach Naval Ship Yard lofting room. 5'5" x 14', I estimate 350 pounds.
A roller is imperative come moving day from garage to my building. The rolling clamp is good, Beserklyboy's tandem trolley even better. The weight issue is minor compared to astronomical center of gravity and length.
Sincerely,

I know what you mean when I was a teenager it would stab an old Model T drive shafts into 1 end of a 33 ft ling 3 1/2" drill stem usually weighing 12 to 13 lbs per foot and the guy on the other end had better be able to keep up for 2 7/8" we would carry 2 at a time as it would weigh from 7.6 to 10 lbs or on the farm sling a pair of 100 lb feed sacks on our shoulders and walk off with them now I'm glad that most of our feed comes in 50 lb sacks
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
