Ya, I see that now...tangling up in the red bucket didn't help at all, poor guy.

Looks like it may have been the lanyard attaching the stubs bucket to the ladder that did him in. It was almost like he was trying to kick the bucket and ladder away before he became entangled. Either way that had to hurt
