Washed ashore in a flurry of DIY...

    Hello, Fellows: (and possible ladies)

I am a Machinist/Toolmaker of 40 years experience, and have been making my own stuff when needed all through my career. When the Chinese noticed me and decided they could make my product for half the price, I folded up my website and just figured I would tinker and fool around until my retirement next year. Good to see other people making stuff for themselves.

I am halfway through a solar/wind regulator project; I have the boards designed but have not yet cut the prototypes. Also, I am doing a BIG dry washer for a chap out here in AZ, he intends to file some claims and maybe find some gold. We are swapping the work for a tractor he has. After that, I have a skidsteer to rebuild; I always wanted one of my own.
I just like to stay busy, but mostly on my own projects.

    Hi proff11,

Welcome - glad to have you here!

What sort of product were you building and selling on your former website?

I used to build PCB milling spindles at a reasonable price.
