    Hope that's been staged; if real, who would release something like this?
    The suspect impression stems from 'worker' and wall not center of video frame. Nobody adheres to rule of thirds in such material. The exact sync of both walls is unlikely too, unless some moron didn't remove whatever ties them together. Otherwise, very 3rd world construction with zero bond to any kind of proper footing. Where I'm from, no brick or CMU can exceed a few courses without a proportional footing;bearing wall or not.

    Anyone who had had the opportunity to watch 3rd World construction knows this happens due to the full understanding that a nail or two are all you need until you put the roof on.
    Why do you think most of these buildings collapse during mild earthquakes?
