Needs a way to keep your hand out when actuated AND needs some vent holes in the plunger, you can see the air bursting out to the side.

Can't return the can for deposit redemption if it gets crushed like that.

Not sure that air is bursting out the side. It appears there’s a little air hole in the back of the crusher tube that pushes the crushed can out. I think the remaining liquid from one one the cans is what you see getting blown by that ejection jet.
