Viennetta manufacturing GIF.

Viennetta is composed of layers of ice cream and sprayed-on chocolate. Note the characteristic bunching of the ice cream layers. As the Viennetta story tells it, this was originally an unintended effect caused by the extrusion rate being too fast for the conveyor belt speed. The bunching was ultimately deemed desirable, and a dessert classic was born.

I've never tried these but they do look like an ice cream dream. Could have dived into the reject bin though! That oscillating nozzle was pretty cool and would like to know what the mechanical design for it was.
