    interesting vid good job,,, but why dont u just use a sand blaster instead,,, it would seem to me to be faster and cheaper to run??looked like all those parts were thick enough to stand up to sand blasting. aaand i couldnt believe i saw u drilling holes through a u shaped steel part with a hand held drill on a towel and using your hand to hold it in place?? !!!!! OH,,OH,OOOOOOH,OOOOOOOH,OH,OH OOOOOOOH,OOOOOOH !!!!!!!! (channeling sam kinison)..i mean really, dont tell me u dont have a drill press???

    You are a very dangerous (and lucky) man to be around. While you may initially have filled the tank with water, once you drilled those corner holes the tank was only partially filled, then the grinding & welding......NO THANKS, I like my body parts where they are now!

    Oh come on! for Pete's sake. Once the tank was filled with water all flammable gas was displaced.

    As I said, you are a dangerous man to be around! Don't you know that gases can impregnate into the steel itself? One day you will find out the hard way.

    I built my own shot blaster. Much easier and quicker.
    I have a 1972 Land Rover Series III Truck Cab/Pick-Up and a 1962 Land Rover Series 2a Carawagon Camper.
