    I would be concerned extensive vibration would cause all of the course aggregate to settle to the bottom of the placement - No bueno.

    Something is very fishy about that video. The left sample seems fully consolidated after about 2 seconds. Tw sample on the right still has bubbles after a fulll minute.

    How is there such a distinct line between the two samples and the vibrating head is in the center. In addition, who ever heard of using smooth rebar?

    Some rebar is spiraled some has two ribs running the length of the bar with perpendicular ribs. The spiraled is on the left but if the test was done by the company that makes the spiraled rebar, I'd be suspicious.
