Great craftmanship but not for me, I'm already missing a couple of fingers.

Nice work on the prop, but could be risky to run that as fast as a Dremel will run.

I have a hard enough time getting the thing stopped when I blow out a cutting disk let alone a one winged or damaged propellor.

Friends, I understand that this does not look safe. This is just a concept. Then you can do some finishing work. Make a casing or protective grille. many options. The main thing is that it works

No, the main thing is that it is utterly unsafe. If you were spinning it on a MUCH slower motor, it might, MIGHT, I say, be safer. But anything spinning that fast and not very carefully balanced is not safe. You persuade some kid to try that, and he or she is not as skilled and careful a woodworker as you may be, and that kid could easily kill himself and/or others.

Bill <--- who has done autopsy photos of people who got themselves shredded in various ways. Mostly involving high-speed metals and plastics.
