Reminds me of when is was younger, back in the early 70’s, a group of friends would rent a house boat, sometimes two as the group grew, on a large lake in Kentucky. We would spend a week of long weekend skiing, swimming, diving, fishing, relaxing etc.
The boats, 50-60 feet long, had full length flat roofs perfect for sunning, running and jumping off etc. On the front of the boat was covered porch. A sturdy post on each corner held up the extended roof.
Those posts were perfect for attaching large elastic bands. We used “surgical tubing”. With a large funnel between the two bands. The funnel held water balloons. The range was around 100 yards. The game became trying to knock each other off the skis as they went by. If there were two boats, people on the roofs became targets.
The device was nicknamed “The Funnelator”.
Fun times.
