As title says. Seems to have set me up for a second account or just extended my subscription to one year from the new payment I made. That would actually have cost me about 6 months of my existing subscription.

Hi arktinkerer - yes, you would need to cancel your existing subscription and then re-sign up to use the coupon, which may not be advantageous for everyone.

Do you want me to refund your latest payment?

I guess that would be best. If you do that, you would need to reset the renewal date as well so you aren't shorting yourself by extending the subscription without payment. Sorry for the trouble.

You're all set. I just cancelled the latest subscription, and issued a full refund via PayPal. You should shortly receive some automated emails confirming this.
