We often need to make small parts for projects that require precise edges, corners and chamfers. This is all possible with hand files, but it takes time and can be inaccurate and frustrating. We've got a solution to that with our ultimate angle grinder attachment. The tool, made from part of a discarded RSJ along with other bits of scrap steel, holds the grinder and allows the part to be ground. The table can be tilted, and an adjustable fence allows accurate repeat grinding of parts. Compound angles can be ground with ease. We've used a hook-and-loop disc system on the grinder, these are easily available. When using any angle grinder-based system, safety is important; we always wear full face protection and a protective breathing mask.
