should have never let off the brakes the first time. but got scared when front end came up. once it was rolling again the momentum and weight was more than the braking power plus the closer to the bottom of ramps the slicker they are. recipe for getting wet

Perhaps, the winch cable should have been attached, prior to submersion. Not so hard to plan ahead.
Did it need a wash?
