You can tell that gentleman has a lot of hours on the wheels judging as to how effortlessly he gets around on them
A good grounds keeper can put in 3 to 5 miles of walking per day when trimming edging and the rest that doesn't involve sitting on a rider or zero turn. And if they use the walk behinds then that mileage can be in the 20 to 30 mile range. My bud who drives the truck used to have a grounds maintenance service with 10 walk behinds he used the Toro 48 to 84" cut His people mostly used sulkies attached to the walk behinds but there were a lot of times when you couldn't used the sulky because of having to make tight maneuvers.
That guy's wheels might have been an answer
Never try to tell me it can't be done
