    I used to do a lot of repairs for a concrete cutter company, If Lary Grays caught one of his employees running a saw without coolant being sprayed on it he would deduct the price of a new blade from their pay. That would also mean the guard would have to be in place to contain and direct the spray. A blade the size on the one shown cost $$$$$$

    Not to mention the dust it creates when not using enough liquid and a vacuum following it, creating a mess as well as an OSHA violation for silica exposure. "Guards? We don't need no stinking guards!"

    If that's China, then the concrete is most likely Tofu-Dreg and cuts like butter. Plus the blades for the machine are about $20 on AliExpress...
