Treadle (Foot-powered) lathe build

Hey tool builders,

I am currently building a treadle lathe. To date, I have built the frame and working on the treadle wheel. I am filming the whole project. I am also building this project with only hand-tools. I would love to have you follow along and give me your thoughts and suggestions along the way. I will place a link to the build series on youtube! Thanks for your time and I hope you enjoy. A quick update! I finished the Headstock yesterday and I'm almost done with the Tailstock after today's work!
