Congratulations Dr.Al - your Portable Workbench Drawer Organizers are the Homemade Tool of the Month for September 2024!

This is a difficult award for a woodworker to win, let alone one building a 3D-printed insert for a woodworking tool. However, these drawer organizers are a significant step beyond the simple compartmentalized 3D-printed organizers we've seen before, and the project is reminiscent of the legendary Studley Tool Chest.

This entire build, a combination of woodworking, metalworking, and 3D printing, is documented in a 143-page project journal, with four pages dedicated to the custom CAD modeling and printing process for creating these drawer liners.
