That is the Napoleon, Defiance & Western Railroad in Ohio. Once held the distinction of the worst track in the country. It changed hands in 2012 and has been doing major upgrades ever since.
Some of the track was built through a swamp. Perhaps that section is shown in the video?

Wowwwwwwwww, now you know why some derailments happen, In Michigan our Governor has a saying (fix the damn roads) now we need one (fix the damn tracks)
