    I notice it was already partly peeled. He either hit an earlier bridge and didn't notice, or backed up and tried this again.

    I can see that happening on a highway. Driver with a new load, strange route, or maybe a repaved road with 2” less clearance that previous trips.

    But not a railroad. Crazy stuff.
