That is a very nice project.
This is my first project that has been under construction for a long time and is constantly being modified. So the new changes, I don't want to use differential onboard rotation, it's primitive and unreliable. Started to make a new transmission, there will be two friction gears for each caterpillar separately, gearbox (4 forward 4 back), drive hydraulic pump, reducing gearbox. It will all be in one box.
