A full 55 gallon drum of anything other than air or an inspector's brains is going to weigh more than one man can safely unload by himself. How could they not know this would be the outcome. Note the guy walking beside yellow suit, no PPE not even a hat on his bald head

Let's see here. 55 gallons of water = 550 lbs. Add the drum, about 560 lbs.
Multiple drums on the ground, and multiple in the truck.
No lift gate or drum cart.
No PPE on 1 person.

The only way to move a drum with 1 person is to push it over from the top. It will not slide with 1 person. And only 1 person to catch it?

Staged with coolaid. Put kind of cool in a weird way. Even a drum of water is kinda cool when spilled the same way.

Two of us can get a 3/4 full barrel of waste vegetable oil out of a pickup without a lift gate but it's not safe, smart or very good for the barrel.

I searched YouTube for the "BARAKuda" channel as seen in the lower left of the video. I did not find this toxic spill video, but other videos on that channel indicate the user is possibly a Russian, at least the descriptive text is Russian.

I did find this video, posted by someone named "M4A3E8 Sherman Tank". It is titled, "Russian hazmat dudes accidentally spill biohazard barrel" and has a disclaimer, "1,307 views May 10, 2021 Not my video, found it on discord."

Staged. The guy in the truck held the drum until the camera was in the right spot. Guy on the ground was there just to push it way from himself. If you need to wear those type of WW II HAZMAT suits, you better know how to safely handle drums full of toxic waste. No way they unloaded the rest of the drums that way "safely"
