Not at all a bad idea.

Considering some of the silly stuff that gets fully funded and more on Kickstarter, it's a little surprising that this has not gotten more interest. Seems like a decent idea and at 25 bucks for a pair is not unreasonable assuming that they are of even reasonable quality. Their funding goal is pretty modest.

It’s all about the marketing. If it go’s viral, they’ve got it made.

Lets hope it does, I won't use 'normal' bunjies as I've seen too many incidents with them, I was using bunjie's made with high quality cord and snap carabiners, but the cord eventually fails even then, so now it's ratchet straps only.

What would be interesting is to see him cut through the tensioning section when it's in use, or an end hook, that might be the killer issue for these.
