    While the average toilet is cumbersome to handle, a simple rope and a basket knot makes carrying them easy.
    Removing one to replace the bowl wax can be a bit of a chore but I can't see buying a specialty jack like that as an average home owner but a commercial plumber who sets fixtures for a living would be a different story. Might even want a self propelled model if doing a 500 bath hotel

    From the plumbers that I have known I don't see them lined up to buy this.

    Ever have a look into his truck? Usually an unholy mess of multi generation fittings and a 1/2 dz filthy pipe wrenches and perhaps a hacksaw or 2.
    His last major expense was a set of PEX tools.

    I have to honestly say I really did not know what a toilet jack was until now. My mind envisioned a toilet sitting on the side of the road with a flat tie with me sitting on the throne calling AAA for road service on my cell phone!

    LOL, a toilet jack is for someone that does not want his pinkies to get soiled.
