I needed that the other day, I had to drill a 2.5 mm hole in 10 mm of aluminium. I had to turn the bit 1/4 turn at a time with some long nose pliers. It was both tedious and very very slow. Tapping the hole M3 afterwards was a piece of cake in comparison.
That tiny drill would have done it nicely.
