TINE HOE or CULTIVATOR for VEGE PATCH Version 1

This hoe is easy to make from gal pipe, black or painted rod and an old sleeve from a broken shovel or fork an advantage for those that don't have gear to make a cone to house the tines.

It could be improved with the addition of a piece of flat welded across the top of the tines near the bend as this would strengthen the unit. It is useful that the tines bend without breaking when used in less than desirable soil.

hope this helps someone currently stuck at home.

They make a fork like that for potato digging. I have used mine for many years in the garden and almost prefer it over the hoe.
    Thanks for sharing.

If the tines are made from a metal that can be hardened it would preform better. I have used mine to remove sod before turning with tiller.
