    Tig Pedal Simplified DIY

    Here is the tig pedal I designed and fabricated in 2010. It has proven its utility over the years.

    Good job looks like a lot of thought... Have you thought of a pulser circuit for the tig using a background keep alive system so the plasma does not go out between pulses... My son who is a pro welder showed me on old time welders using the foot pedal you can get a reasonable job... I like the thought of modernizing my nonplused machine

    Yes, I have considered adding a pulser. But, for me it would just be a novelty, since I've not needed pulse for any of my projects.
