    That's like getting hit right on the "button" by "Iron Mike" Tyson however, the rest of his trip to terra firma is just as painful. First was the tank from above, then his back smacked into a steel table edge, and then he bounced his skull off the pavement to finish the journey. Let's just hope he wasn't dropped from the gurney at the hospital too!
