    When in Rome,......
I'd say hardly as Third World expected.

Craftsman will be craftsman. Quiet. Attentive. Neat. Orderly. Think their clothes get so clean on a river bank?
Appropriate materials, how to they keep from scratching stainless sheet? Peel coat is not that tough.
No brake but clean looking seams and hems; on a track rail! They'd be hard put though, without a bead roller.
Floor level welding is about as unequipped possible. Short beads, no real spatter. Goggles? Don't need no stinking goggles, after all, we're born with eyelids.
Commercial components including low carbon footprint motor mounts. Lol.
Decent labeling on a not poor looking product.

Round up a troop of our organized variety, give them a shot, see what they turn out in that very same cycle time and shop.

I was working on a job once, and there was a guy building a custom iron handrail for the curved front entry stairs, When I asked why he was welding without a helmet, he said "I'm use to it"

    "I'm used to it".
Is that same as "What solar eclipse?".

    Aw, c'mon!
I often weld with no helmet.

Just line up the torch (MIG), close my eyes and do a short bead.
    Do it again.

    It's great for quick tacks.

Have I whacked my eys a few times?
    Yep!

Did I see purple spots for a bit?
    Yep!

Admit it: That's how we ALL learn most things.
