re each post, especially *2. Dumb as people in the examples are, I can't pick the best. But guy crossed up on handrail, hanging "Safety First" banner is a contender.
At least the others have initiative doing a job, no matter unconsidered consequences.
He is mindless of the message. More proof administration is long way around the barn from accomplishment.
