I had an epiphany and didn't want to spend any money.
In my efforts to improve my knowledge of machining i came across articles relating to maintaining your machine which should help to achieve a high standard of repeat ability.

As like many, I have a bad habit of throwing my tools into a draw and not paying too much attention to their machine interfaces. if you have ever had your big engineering drills spin on tapers (MT3 in my case).
whilst spending my hours looking at images on pinterest I came across:-
A £16 price tag was a bit to steep for me
So in the true tradition of homemadetools - I made my own
The wiper is made from cutting strips of scotchbrite scouring pad and inserting it into the fork.
Then simply twist it inside your MT3 Taper sleeves to remove debris & contamination.
