    Very obviously not a war munition from the way it keeps wobbling off true. Practice and training rounds are made imperfect on purpose, so that gunners learn to use them, then when they get the real war shots, they’re scary accurate.

    Panning the camera on the moving projectile is easy. Just hire superman to fly along side it while filming with your cell phone problem solved.
