I needed to make 12 feet of T-Spar for my XB-35 model that I was building. Wouldn't you know that I had to make a tool as the first step! Lining up all that spar seemed to be tedious at best so I made up a little tool to help with the alignment. Works great using CA glue and the work progresses quickly. It is just a piece of 5/8 square aluminum with a two grooves that form the T. Only trick is to make the deep groove shorter by about .1" than the material for the spar. That assures the two pieces of wood will have contact when pressed together.
