    I think tools like that would still be in use, have you priced shark connectors, bring your wallet!

    I think this video was meant more for showing how to swage copper pipe without splitting it or damaging your tool, by annealing it first rather than to promote the tool itself.
    There are a lot of different types of swaging tools on the market and some can be made without much difficulty.
