I'm a knifemaker and need a surface grinder. Ideally, the abrasive will be a 2 x 72 belt, with a drive wheel and an 8" working wheel (metal, with rubber tire). I'd like this to work well, but I'd also like it to be as inexpensive as possible to build. I want to include a magnetic base to hold the work pieces. Thanks.
