    Jon,
I think this is a shot of Lucas Oil Stadium (home of the Indianapolis Colts) in Indianapolis. I saw these pics in the local paper ahead of the last time they were in the Super Bowl. My guess is that there are 6-8 of these nests spaced around the structure...

Thanks for posting & ditto to Ralph's observation which was my first thought.

Yep that would make me feel safer attending one of those events knowing at any time there could be half a dozen paid assassins perched in secrete locations above.
I'd feel a lot safer knowing that every concealed carry permit holder was packing.
Never try to tell me it can't be done

Problem with the conceal carry, the police do not know one is a good guy, as was demonstrated in the mall shooting last month.
The good guy was killed the bad guy was never found!!

I can just imagine fifty concealed carry good guys having a shot out with one supposed bad guy in a crowd of thousands.

I understand where you are coming from and though I firmly believe in constitutional carry, but as far as open carry goes I would not wear mine out for the world to see in a crowded public place out here in the country it is a much different story. Many out here mostly ranchers have pretty much always carried even before the state adopted the concealed carry years ago

When I was a kid all of the pickups had a gun across the rear window!! The Constitutional "Right" (which came by an amendment by the way)
only got the guy killed in the mall shooting the cop only saw a black guy with a gun. He didn't even think that he might be a good guy, he just shot him dead.

Sorry but that doesn't say much for some police officers does it.

That's the world we exist/live in, unfortunately, but the good ones go a long way making up for corrupt & reckless, thoughtless ones.

    cheers
