    That paint has probably been treated with something to make it easier to lift off. The paint I stripped off my car with a pressure washer came off in little tiny chunks. My power washer isn't all that powerful, but it's powerful enough to strip paint.

    I believe that this clip is from a YouTube video showing a chemical stripping facility in England who specializes in classic cars. They have a pressure wash bay that they use to rinse the cars and remove debris between dip tanks.

    That would make sense, and is entirely reasonable for someone who makes a living repairing and refurbishing classic cars. Be pretty handy for refurbing old machine tools, too.
