Those tri axle dollies so work well but they work much better if the wheels are moved outboard so the tip over or break over point can be moved closer to the center axis greatly reducing the center of gravity and lessening the amount of effort to tip the hauled object.
the ones with 5 wheels per side just look ridiculous but may actually work better for very low stair risers with extra wide treads
My favorite use to 3 wheels around a central axis was the Landmaster used in the movie Damnation alley then again in the movie Aliens the sad thing was neither movie utilized the concept very well

Marv will confirm; THE Landmaster was visible near shop of it's builder Dean Jefferies for ages, right along west side of Hollywood Freeway 101, 5807 Sunset Boulevard, at Van Ness.

I'm not at all sure the cart even needs those small bogies they don't appear to be doing much of anything the crawler tread is doing it all.
But maybe the bogies are for once the cart is on flat ground again and not under power
