I need a square stop block for my Harbor Freight 44094 bender. If anyone on the forum has one & would be so kind as to post the dimensions, it' be really helpful. I can make my own if I had the proper dimensions.
I've got 2 of the benders, one from HF and one from Northern Tool.
This basic little bender is "made" for a LOT of sellers, but are all about the same basic construction.
For the money, over time, it's a pretty good little bender once one gets the hang of it.
Anyway...
Both of my square stop blocks have the following dimensions:
1.900" tall x 1.500" square w/ a pin hole diameter of 41/64" ( 0.641" ) for the 5/8" diameter pins.
The "offset" pin hole is located as follows:
With the square stop block standing as it would be pinned in the bender with the 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" top surface up and the "offset hole" in the upper right hand quadrant, the vertical centerline is is exactly 7/8" (0.875") from the left hand side or 5/8" (0.625" ) from the right hand side and the horizontal centerline is is 1-1/32" ( 1.03125") up from the bottom edge or 15/32" (0.469" )down from the top edge.
This puts the "crosshairs" for center punch and drilling in the upper right hand quadrant.
From p. 8 in the "Owner's Manual", this is the "D" position - see manual here...

.Hope this helps...

Quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten!
