A simple thing, the manufacturer of the actuators once supplied service kits, but is not responding to my enquiry's or their own 'chat-bot' requesting they contact me, so I made my own tool. It's got a 1/4-20 UNC thread on the end, 6mm compressor/decompressor thread, knurled brass running (diamond) and insert (straight) screwing nuts with 3/8" stainless steel tommy bars from the remains of the stock used for the shaft, graphite nylon to stop scarring insert, the thin (washer) disc between the two nylon parts will be replaced with a ball thrust bearing when it arrives. It may have cost two working days to design and make, but as the service kits cost ~£350-500 EACH, and it only needs 4 'O' rings to repair the air leaks, and we have ~50 actuators to do, it's a good saving!
