    Some of my guitars

I thought I'd show you what I am applying my homemade tools to. I build custom made acoustic steel string guitars. I am using Australian native timbers (which are both beautiful and amazing tone woods). I am only a beginner but boy is this addictive! Hope you enjoy.

This guitar has Tasmanian Tiger Myrtle for the back and sides and King Billy Pine for the soundboard.

This guitar has Tasmanian Black Heart Sassafras for the back and sides and Bunya Pine for the soundboard.

Beautiful guitars, Martin! Being a musically-inclined family, with a son who plays and composes using the guitar, I wonder how those different woods would affect the tonal quality of the instrument.

Looking for how-to build guitar jigs.

Those are awesome. I have been doing woodworking for over thirty years, I want to try my hand at building accoustic guitars. Do you know of anywhere I can get some information on building the jigs I need. I also love to build jigs.
