    How to get good results when soldering through hole circuit boards and components. Tips and tricks I've learned over the past 58 years that I've not seen elsewhere.






    WARNING: Soldering can be dangerous. There is risk of burns, fire, shock and electrocution. Lead is toxic. Soldering releases toxic fumes. Etc. If you dont' know, learn first or don't do it.

    also, trim leads before soldering. The recoil from trimming can crack a solder joint. Flux is your friend, make sure it's the right one for the job.
